Sessions
The first session is up to 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions are up to 75 minutes. All sessions cost £80.
Therapy is available online and face-to-face.
You will receive a bespoke MP3 or CD recording from the sessions, tailored for your individual needs, to listen to at home to back up our sessions.
In a hypnotherapy session you remain deeply relaxed but in control the entire time – it is rather like the sensation you feel just before you drop to sleep, awake and able to hear all around you but relaxed at the same time.
Hands-on Reiki is available for £30 for 60 minutes
